| Oscar A. Gonzalez became the Texas State Welterweight Champion on Sept 11th 2010 Oscar fought a rematch against Jerron Lockette whom Oscar beat by majority decision in their first fight. After discussing a possible rematch, Solid Knockout Promotions suggested that they fight for the vacant belt. It was a great fight that went the distance and had Oscar winning a Unanimous Decision. Oscar was able to drop Jerron twice during the fight which proved to be the difference in the scoring. Solid Knockout Entertainmnet is proud of the effort Jerron Lockette brought and especially his character throughout the press conferences and the entire event. |
